You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. I ship ALL LIVING plants on Monday-Wednesday to be sure of live delivery. Other Items not alive will ship Thursday-Friday and Saturday if possible. If you order both living and non living items...they will be shipped all together as a LIVING plant order on Monday-Wednesday.
I ship both USPS and Fed Ex. If you pay with a check this will delay your shipping by 10 days until it clears the bank.
I CAN NOT ship anything Living Outside the USA for items not alive please contact me for pricing to you.
Extra Shipping charges may be asked for...if I place items on sale,because my shipping is by $$ sold then the web site may not charge enough to ship some larger items like baskets or heavier items...because of this I may email you later to request additional fees for the shipping once I pack the box and weigh for your state.
Over the past 12 years I have sold in many places on line...shipping prices vary because of where I have sold items at and what they had to offer. Selling live plants and moss like I do the weight varies so much. If I get a rain and ship out wet moss it can weigh twice as much. I have decided to now go with a shipping cost by the amount you buy. In this way I have seen that most items then equal out to be more fair across the board.
