Wow! Remember corn nuts? I love them but too hard for my teeth, so, I made these. Awesome sweet corn niblets with a twist on texture & flavor.

These will be 2 oz (2 cups) full of this airy soft crunch of corn. The corn is enhanced with pure extra virgin olive oil and spices according to flavors.
